These recordings are shared with client companies for evaluation as part of the hiring process and are accessible only to authorized representatives of the hiring company and Squad personnel. All parties are expected to maintain the confidentiality and security of these recordings.
Use of Third-Party Recording and Transcription Providers:
Some interviews may be recorded, transcribed, and stored using third-party service providers that specialize in meeting recording and transcription services. These providers store data securely, use encryption and access controls, and are selected based on their compliance with industry-standard security certifications (such as SOC 2 or equivalent). By participating in a recorded interview, you acknowledge that your audio, video, and transcript data may be processed and stored by such providers on Squad’s behalf. Details about these providers and their privacy practices are available upon request or may be updated from time to time in this policy.
Participation in a recorded interview is voluntary. You may decline to be recorded or withdraw your consent at any time before or during the interview. If you do not consent, we will offer an alternative process where possible.
Recordings are retained for up to 24 months after the hiring process concludes, unless a longer period is required by law or for dispute resolution. You may request the deletion of your recording at any time, subject to applicable law.

- Interview Recordings: With your consent, Squad may record technical interviews between candidates and our interviewers. These recordings are shared with client companies for evaluation as part of the hiring process and are accessible only to authorized representatives of the hiring company and Squad personnel. All parties are expected to maintain the confidentiality and security of these recordings.
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our website, host data, provide analytics, or support customer service.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
